Grace Community Church in beautiful Robertsdale, AL is currently seeking a Youth Pastor to begin the onboarding process soon. Our church is small to medium sized and growing, accepting forty new members in the past year. Our church has a thriving children’s ministry, a welcoming nursery, and an excellent Preschool. Our staff includes a younger demographic in addition to more seasoned ministry leaders, is missionally minded, and creative. We truly care about each other, are friends, pray for one another, and make an excellent team. In the past year we have hit reset in many ways, stepping into a new season of ministry and mission in our community, making it an exciting and pivotal time for our staff and church leadership. At Grace Community Church, we aren’t trendy, or flashy, but we’re good at family, and we’re excited about reaching our community with the good news of Jesus in new ways. We are looking for someone to lead our church’s youth ministry. It’s a part-time position requiring a minimum of 12-15 hours a week, but the hope is that it grows into a full-time position with the right candidate.
